The Second Tweetup Woburn is Here!

By now you must have heard the buzz—Woburn’s second Tweetup is here!  Anyone interested in social media should plan on attending this free event Wednesday, February 1, from 5:30-7:30 pm at Century Suites, 100 Trade Center.  In addition to three speakers, this event will allow time for face-to-face networking, and light refreshments will be served.

Senior Class Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser

The Woburn High School Class of 2012 will host a Valentine Pancake Breakfast at the Moose Club Hall on Saturday, February 11, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. It is a $5.00 donation, and the proceeds from this fundraiser will be used to defray the costs of upcoming events for the class such as the prom and other senior events. All students and faculty, as well as members of the Woburn community, are cordially invited to come.  Please bring your favorite valentine with you!

Kindergarten Registration Time!

It's time for kindergarten registration!

In order to register for kindergarten, children must be five as of September 1st.

For more information about the registration process, parents should contact the school that their child will be attending. The schools will be able to provide registration packets, as well as information about the documents that parents will need to bring to complete the registration process.

In-the-Round Artist Demonstration

Please join the Woburn Guild of Artists for a "In-the-Round" Demonstration on Thursday, February 9.  Get up close with about five artist members who will set up their easels and tables of various mediums and show their talents, skills, and techniques.  Here is an opportunity ask questions and learn about various styles from multiple artists all in one evening.  The evening begins at 7:00 pm, and will be held at New Horizons at Choate, in the Terrace Lounge.
