R. Wade Johnson Memorial Rotary Golf Tournament

The annual R. Wade Johnson Memorial Rotary Golf Tournament is coming up on Monday, June 13 at the prestigious Charter Oak Country Club. Proceeds from the event benefit many Woburn charities through the annual Woburn Rotary Club charitable donations. Woburn Community Blood Drive

There will be a community blood drive at St. Barbara's Church at 138 Cambridge Road in Woburn on Friday, June 10 from 12 to 5 p.m. 

The Red Cross is incritical need of O NEG AND B NEG blood types and would appreciate your support. There are a few appointments for this drive and walk-in donors are encouraged.

This month all participating donors get a FREE CASE OF WALGREENS WATER.

The Concert Series Committee is proud to announce the 2011 Horn Pond Summer Concert Series! The Horn Pond Summer Concert Series is a collection of free concerts designed to promote community spirit organized by SCI, the North Suburban YMCA and WREN (Woburn Residents’ Environmental Network), and sponsored by local businesses. A special thank you goes out to the City of Woburn, Tucker Quinn and the Woburn DPW for providing a stage and helping with other concert logistics.

COSEBOC Seminar

The COSEBOC (Coalition of Schools Educating Boys of Color) announces its Massachuseets Kickoff at St. Jonh's Baptist Church in Woburn on Saturday, June 11 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

The mission of the COSEBOC is to ensure every boy and young man of color has a full opportunity for in-school success and out-of-school positive contributions.

Farmer's Market at Spence Farm

Starting Sunday, June 5 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and every Sunday until October 23 (rain or shine), Spence Farm will once again come alive with farmers selling produce and people shopping along with hay rides, entertainment and more. So come on and let's start a new tradition.
