The Second Tweetup Woburn is Here!

By now you must have heard the buzz—Woburn’s second Tweetup is here!  Anyone interested in social media should plan on attending this free event Wednesday, February 1, from 5:30-7:30 pm at Century Suites, 100 Trade Center.  In addition to three speakers, this event will allow time for face-to-face networking, and light refreshments will be served.

Tweetup Woburn Aug. 2

TweetupThe first ever Woburn Tweetup has been set for Tuesday, Aug. 2, 5:30 p.m. at the Beacon Grille.  We're pleased to be co-hosting the event which will provide people who are using Twitter and Facebook to meet in person to network, share tips and enjoy some good food and beverage.  Beacon Grille will be serving complimentary light appetizers, along with a cash bar.

If you've dabbled with social media tools like Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn but would like know more about using them effectively, a pair of workshops we are planning could be for you.  We'd like people who may be interested in participating to complete a short survey to help us firm up plans for the training.  The current plan is to hold the 1st training the morning of Saturday, Aug. 14 (if that works for enough people), focusing on an overview of the major social media tools, and covering pros/cons and tips for each of them.
