Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church's Greek Festival
You don’t need a passport to come and indulge in the most delicious Greek food and pastry and to dance to folk music from a live band in this three-day cultural venue. The Annunciation of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church invites you to Greek Fest Woburn June 11, 12 and 13. Enjoy their world famous dinners and pastries made from only the highest quality ingredients following recipes handed down from generation to generation.
Succulent roasted lamb, chicken, or beef souvlaki, freshly cooked moussaka, spanakopita, and dolmathes are just a few of the specialties served each day. Top off your meal with a cup of coffee and any one of an assorted variety of delicious homemade pastries: baklava, loukoumades and galatoboureko, just to name a few. Feasting on such delicacies is of course best while listening to folk music provided by: Orfeas (Friday and Saturday Night) and Ta Dilina (Sunday Evening).
