City Launches "Be Well Woburn"

Be Well Woburn is an initiative through the city that promotes community wellness by enhancing opportunities to make healthy lifestyle choices. This citywide initiative encourages community members to strengthen their health and well-being through educational programming and wellness activities.

The program is already offering a series of Family Education Classes and will hold a "Just TRI-It" Youth Triathalon on April 10 at Spence Farm.

On that day at Spence Farm there will also be a Pony Plop to benefit White Elementary School PTO. Tickets are $20 each and there are 300 for sale. Each ticket will be assigned a square. A pony will walk the squared field and PLOP on one of the squares.

Mayor Galvin will be the judge to decide which is the winning square. The person with the winning square will win $2600 dollars. The 4 squares that are touching the winning square will win $100 each. You do not have to be present to WIN!
