Grand Opening of the YMCA's New Outdoor Training Studio

The North Suburban YMCA will be celebrating the opening of their new outdoor training studio this Saturday, June 5th from 9 to 11am.  Some of the activities that will be showcased at the event are meeting trainers, a TRX session, ropes and agility session, Plyo boxes, 10-minute group trainings, 10-minute boot camps, a 10-minute introduction to spinning, medicine ball training and a raffle for an eight-pack of personal training.

Refreshments will be available.

The North Suburban YMCA is located at 137 Lexington St in Woburn.
