Help find this lost dog

On December 3rd Ann Luchini adopted a new dog from rescue. She was walking him near her house (on Brook Rd off Russell St) when it was frightened by two other dogs barking. It squeezed out of his collar (they have very narrow heads) and ran down to the woods in back of her house (Shaker Glen Conservation Area).
 
She only had the dog a half a day because they just rescued him from Tennessee.  She picked him up in Rhode Island so he does not know the area. Please spread the word especially to people in the West Side area.

Attached is the only picture they have. He is a Gray Sheltie-30 lbs- with two different colored eyes.  He does not have a collar, and probably will not come easily to you. Not aggressive, just skittish. His name is Ryder. He was lost on Pheasant Lane on Saturday December 3. Ann is beside herself with worry.
