Other information:

For individuals who need a more structured approach to their day, NuPath’s Day Habilitation Programs in Westford and Woburn offer supports that promote growth, independence, health and wellbeing. These services are offered in bright, cheerful and comfortable spaces that encourage learning in safe and nurturing environments.

Physical Environments and Technologies NuPath’s sensory stimulation program is one of the best in the state. It augments our conventional program by adding tactile, visual, auditory and community experiences to people with severe challenges. It provides a safe and comfortable setting that encourages life learning and skill development.

Community Opportunities: We offer a variety of community, volunteer and outdoor experiences that enrich a person’s daily life, and help them feel connected to the world around them. Swimming and horseback riding are activities that encourage health and fitness. We also encourage the people in our program to become active in their communities through volunteerism. We help people identify opportunities based on their abilities and interests.

Nursing Team NuPath’s team of skilled nurses and therapists work with individuals and their families to provide a continuum of care that enhances the quality of life of each person served. This highly trained team works in concert to ensure that people have access to services that are right for them, monitoring their needs as they change.

Therapeutic Disciplines NuPath provides a full range of therapeutic experiences that support personal enrichment, health and wellbeing. These programs include occupational, physical, speech, music and pet therapies offered by specially trained and compassionate staff.
