Summer Newspaper Interns needed!
Do you have an interest in the newspaper business? Do you want to see how the news gets from the street to your home? Do you just want to have the nickname "Scoop"? Community Newspaper Company, including the Woburn Advocate, is now accepting applications for summer internships from college students. Interns will be partnered with a specific newspaper staff to learn the fundamentals of reporting and will be working for both our print and online editions. As part of the news team, the intern can expect to have his or her bylined work published. Internships are part-time, unpaid positions. Interns must be receiving college credit to be accepted into CNC’s program.
For more information or to apply, please send a cover letter, resume and a writing sample to Community Newspaper Co., P.O. Box 9191, Concord, MA 01742, Attn: Kathleen Cordeiro, or e-mail kathy.cordeiro@cnc.com.
