Build a Scarecrow at McCue Garden Center and Help the YMCA

This Saturday, October 16 and Sunday, October 17 form 8 am to 6 pm at McCue Garden Center, located at 200 Cambridge Road in Woburn, you can support the YMCA's efforts in our community and spend quality time with your family as you create your own scarecrow.  All the basic supplies you will need will be provided.  Your $15 family donation goes directly to the YMCA Reach Out program, which makes sure that no one is turned away from the North Suburban YMCA due to an inability to pay.

Flu Shot Clinic at YMCA

flu shotWalgreens will sponsor a flu shot clinic at the North Suburban YMCA on Monday, September 21st and Monday, September 28th from 8am - 1pm.  Flu shots are $25 and for adults 18 years and older.  This is for the regular flu shot, not "swine flu" (H1N1).

Free English Classes for ESOL Learners Available

EnglishThe YMCA International Learning Center at 33 Plympton Street in Woburn is offering free English classes for ESOL learners in 4 levels from beginner to high intermediate.  These classes will be held on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday  from 9AM-12PM from September 2009 - June 2010.
Please come and register for fall classes on one of the following days:
September 15th, 16th or 17th @ 9:30 am
