Grand Opening of the YMCA's New Outdoor Training Studio

YMCAThe North Suburban YMCA will be celebrating the opening of their new outdoor training studio this Saturday, June 5th from 9 to 11am.  Some of the activities that will be showcased at the event are meeting trainers, a TRX session, ropes and agility session, Plyo boxes, 10-minute group trainings, 10-minute boot camps, a 10-minute introduction to spinning, medicine ball training and a raffle for an eight-pack of personal training.

Calling all goblins and ghouls, cowboys and princesses! Come to the YMCA for a healthy halloween night filled with fun activities - haunted hallways, creepy graveyards, a silly spooky room for the little ones, create-a-creature with fresh fruits and vegetables, coloring contests, facepainting, haystack searches and so much more!  Bring your friends and neighbors - everyone is welcome!
